We had such a pleasant experience working with Chris and his son! We needed to have our entire first floor hardwood floors refinished. They explained how the project would be done, were considerate of completing the job in a timely manner and did an amazing job!! They took extra care to keep things as clean as possible (which is no easy feat when redoing hardwood floors). We also had them refinish some furniture and they did an awesome job on that as well. There are not enough superlatives to describe Chris Bates and his team. After speaking with at least a half a dozen people who specialize in wood restoration I was introduced to Chris. At last, someone who understood my damaged 20 year Ipe wood deck, and had a logical plan to restore it. He has done just that AND within the quote initially given. The Charleston Bay team are hardworking, kind and meticulous. The work areas are left clean after each day, and everything is put back into place when they are finished.
